"Eyes on You" by Kate White is really Good! (UPDATED)

Eyes on You by Kate White is about Robin, a woman who works as a TV talk show host. Somebody is out to ruin her reputation and will stop at nothing to do it!  But, who is it and why?  There is very good stuff here--a real page turner that is hard to put down so it's a quick read.  It has suspense and twists and turns that left me wanting more.  Do not miss this one!

As I kept reading Eyes on You by Kate White, I felt a lot of sympathy for Robin, a TV talk show host who was threatened and harassed by someone but she didn't know who it was or why.  All she knew for sure was that it must be one of her co-workers at the network.  Someone wanted her off the show.  Soon, it became pretty obvious who it must be, but wait, there's a surprise ending!  

At the beginning, I wasn't sure I was going to like this one, but it just kept getting better and better as it progressed and drew me in.  About halfway through, I found myself looking forward to getting back to it.  I read this one on my husband's recommendation, and am glad I did!

"The Competition" by Marcia Clark is a Real Page Turner

In The Competition by Marcia Clark, a high school gym is shot up by two shooters during a pep rally.  Two female detectives are on the hunt for them.  Will they find them before they get away or will they strike again?  This is a real page turner.  I went through a list of suspects and found clues that I thought lead to the real killers, but I was fooled.  There is plenty of action in this one—I LOVED IT!  This is my book of the month so far.

Another Great Dog Book--"Travels with Casey" by Benoit Denizet-Lewis

Abby (our dog) dreams of traveling like this.

Travels With Casey by Benoit Denizet-Lewis tells the true story of the author who takes his dog, Casey, around the country in a RV for four months!  I enjoyed the parts with Casey, a great dog, but I really appreciated all the people that he met and their dogs as well.  This is very interesting.  If you own a dog, you can easily relate to this book.  I enjoyed it a lot and was sort of bummed that it had to end.

"The Stone Boy" by Sophie Loubiere Was Confusing To Me

I'd skip this one if I were you!

The Stone Boy by Sophie Loubiere is about an older lady who lives alone.  When she moves into a new neighborhood, she notices a little boy next door that is being neglected and hurt.  The problem is, nobody else sees this boy.  The premise was good; however, for most of the book, I was totally lost!  Near the end, the picture became clearer. I guess I just did not get it.
