"The Seven O'Clock Club" by Amelia Ireland

The Seven O'Clock Club
by Amelia Ireland is about four strangers beginning to meet once a week.  The only thing they have in common is that they had a deep personal loss.  Will meeting together help?  What did they all lose?  How long will they meet?  Will some drop out?

I thought this book was really good.  I enjoyed all four characters.  (Gerard's review, 5 stars)

"If Something Happens to Me" by Alex Finlay

In If Something Happens to Me by Alex Finlay, a couple is in a car one night.  Later, the girl and the car are both gone.  The man who was in the car does not know what is going on.  Non one believes him.  What is going on?  This book was filled with twists and turns and lots of action.  Good stuff!  I liked it!  (Gerard's review, 5 stars)

"My Friends" by Fredrik Backman

My Friends
by Fredrik Backman centers on a group of teens who deal with their day-to-day problems with the strong bond of friendship they have for each other.  This author's books are always good and this is no exception.  I liked it very much.  (Gerard's review, 5 stars)

"The Ride--Paul Revere and the Night that Saved America" by Kostya Kennedy

I enjoyed reading The Ride--Paul Revere and the Night that Saved America by Kostya Kennedy.  I learned a lot of stuff about the midnight ride of Paul Revere.  Very informative book and well worth the read.  (Gerard's review, 4 stars)

"Looking for Salvation at the Dairy Queen" by Susan Gregg Gilmore

In Looking for Salvation at the Dairy Queen by Susan Gregg Gilmore, a young teen girl lives in a small town, but thinks she would be better off in a large city.  Why does she think that?  Does she go to a large city?  This book is okay.  I liked all the characters and the story line.  (Gerard's review, 4 stars)
